Delivery

  • Where do you deliver to?

Currently, we only deliver to Jeddah Saudi Arabia. Subscribe to our newsletter to be notified for future updates.

  • How much is shipping?

Currently, our shipping fee is a flat rate of SAR 35. Please keep the original packaging your order arrives in for your return.

  • When will I be receiving my order?

Your order will arrive on Day 1 of your borrowing period before 8 PM. Our care team will update you when your package is sent out with its tracking number and when your package arrives.

  • Is a signature required for delivery?

Yes, a signature is required for all deliveries.

  • What if my order doesn’t arrive in time for my event?

We do our utmost to ensure your package will arrive on the expected date, but on rare occasions, shipping companies may run into unexpected delays that are out of our control. In the event that this happens, we will issue you a full refund and, if there is time to do so, we can overnight a new style to you.

  • If my order arrives the day after the expected arrival date, do I still have 4 days until I have to return it?

Yes. Day 1 of your rental is always the day you receive your order and day 4 is the day you return your order

  • How do I return my order on the fourth date of my rental period?

On your return date, we’ll contact you to arrange a convenient pickup time. You can also drop it off at our showroom.

  • Is there a late fee?

Yes, we charge 100 SR late fee each day after the 4th day of your rental.

  • What is the return policy?

When you order an item online, there’s always a chance it might not fit. If this is the case the item is a dress ( not shoes or accessories) you can process a fit return within 24 hours of receiving your item by sending us an email to [email protected] it arrives back to us, you will get a refund, less 20 SAR for a handling fee, less the shipping cost.

 

Refund & Cancellation Policy

 

If you cancel an order 30 days prior to your shipping date, we offer a full refund and you will not be charged any cancellation fee.

If you cancel between 30-15 days before your shipping date, you will be refunded in the form of your original payment less a SAR 50 cancellation fee.

If you cancel less than 15 days before your shipping date, you will be refunded in the form of your original payment less a SAR 100 cancellation fee

Members can request another item if the item received does not fit. If this is the case, please contact us through [email protected] or on 0506555811 WITHIN 24 hours of RECEIVING your item.

 

Members may not cancel a booking 24 hours after the day the rental period starts
